As a former Chief Administrative Officer for over 10 years for the town of Campbellton, NB, Yves brings a unique and real world understanding of the challenges and opportunities within municipalities and other communities. As a CAO, Yves integrated many new technologies and really knows the benefits and the hurdles in getting them into action.
